We offer free express shipping on all orders over $399, otherwise shipping will be calculated at checkout.
All fragrances are shipped via DHL express and the cost is calculated at checkout. Due to the special handling requirements of our fragrances, International shipping costs will be applicable regardless of order value.

Any import fees, duty taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are applied by your country and not something we have any authority over. Please check with your local customs authority to determine any additional taxes that may be incurred.
Optional transit insurance is offered at checkout. If this is not selected we cannot be held responsible for a parcel that is lost in shipping transit. Insurance must be selected for the below cover to be applicable.
EMS express service is covered up to $2000 usd. DHL and FedEx shipping options cover the item in full if it is declared lost.

Yes, you certainly can, please select the customise option on the product listing and submit the customisation form, we will review your request and advise further.

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order is placed. Orders go straight into production, please make sure all the details of your order are correct before submitting.
Once you place your order we will be busy making it and you won't receive any updates during this time. Please observe the lead time in the ring description. As soon as its ready we will you know.
Yes we can generally make in most sizes. Please use our design your own page.
Each item is custom made unless otherwise stated. Our manufacture lead times can be found in the product description, this is generally 10 - 20 business days depending on the item.
It couldn’t be easier to set up, just select ‘payment plan’ at checkout, you will then be prompted to select your preferred monthly term of 1 – 4 months, a deposit will then be required of at least 30% before manufacturing begins.
Payment plans are layaway not finance. For finance options please see our buy now, pay later options.
We highly recommend that you visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized for the most accurate measurement.
You can view a PDF size chart located above the faq as a basic guide, this is not an exact conversion chart but does provide some estimates.
We manufacture to US and UK/AUS mandrel ISO standards, not diameter as not all our rings are symmetrical. AUS/UK and US sizing standards do not have an exact equivalent conversion hence why we manufacture in both sizing standards, therefore the diameter can only be an estimate. Any other measurement is to be used as a guide only.
Due to the design aesthetics of some of our rings, not all can be resized. Rings with a plain simple band can generally be sized up or down a size (depending on the ring) we can provide a quote to resize if required.
Yes all our stones and natural diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict stones and only source from countries that are participants in the Kimberley Process.
Yes you can select insurance at checkout and we highly recommend it. If declared lost we will remake at no extra cost.
If not selected we are not responsible for lost parcels.
We ship in a plain white box. Our company name along with an item description (e.g. 10k gold ring) is visible on the shipping label, this is a necessary requirement for customs and our shipping providers.
For discretional delivery, we recommend having the item delivered to a trusted friend, family member or your workplace.
All jewellery is rhodium plated, this is a standard process across the industry. Rhodium plating is what maintains the lustre and sheen of the metal, it is also to protect the metal underneath.
Professional cleaning and re-plating are recommended every 6-12 months, this can be carried out by any professional jeweller.
Black rhodium along with its application especially in intricate detailing is quite an art. There will be some variation in darkness and it can appear somewhat grey in colour, black rhodium is subject to the same wear as any other form of rhodium plating. Black rhodium wears differently on individual people due to the natural oils in our skin and how well the item is looked after.
Plating longevity is very dependent on the individual and the environmental conditions it is exposed to, water, soaps, natural skin oils, chemicals etc. Black rhodium is a temporary finish only, we have seen plating last anywhere from days, months to even years. This depends on how well it's looked after and also the natural oils in our skin. Black rhodium can be left to expose the silver/gold underneath or can be redone at any time.

We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase, however, please see our return policy below. You can return an item within seven days of receiving (determined by tracking details), the buyer must pay the return shipping.
For any remake (remanufacture), a non-refundable restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applicable.
With any full return, a non-refundable restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply, this fee covers shipping and some manufacturing costs. Each ring or jewellery item unless otherwise specifically stated is custom made to order with your selected desired variations and size.
Refunds will be processed once products are returned to us in their original condition in the original packaging. This policy is standard for all customers and for all custom made jewellery items.
Any full custom designed jewellery or designs manufactured not listed on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any refund will be up to the discretion of Sapphire Studios.
All returns must be first authorised by Sapphire Studios and the item must be free of any damage and alterations. Please contact us prior to returning the item as we will need to provide you with return shipping instructions.
We have a six-month warranty on sterling silver and a one-year warranty on gold and platinum (from the received date) on manufacture defects which applies only to non-damaged unaltered items sold by Sapphire Studios. The item is to be returned to Sapphire Studios at the buyer's cost for any repairs that need to be carried out.
Our warranty does not cover change of mind purchases or rhodium plating including black rhodium wear, general wear and tear or lost centre stones. (please see rhodium plating tab above).
Note: Sterling Silver is a soft metal suitable for a dress ring, we do not recommend it for an everyday engagement ring or bridal band. For an everyday ring, we always recommend gold or platinum for durability.
