We are located in Melbourne, Australia and ship worldwide. You are also welcome to come visit our store located at - 71 Toorak Road, South Yarra, Melbourne.
This will depend on the destination. We offer free shipping options worldwide.
- Within Australia – Free 1-3 days Express Post
- Worldwide - Free EMS Express 5-8 days
- Worldwide - DHL Express 3-6 days
- North America - UPS Express 2 - 5 days
Any import fees, duty taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These are applied by your country and not something we have any authority over. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be if any.
Optional Insurance is offered at checkout. If this is not selected we cannot be held responsible for a parcel that is lost in shipping transit. Insurance must be selected for the below cover.
EMS covers up to $2000 usd. DHL and UPS shipping options cover the item in full if declared lost.

No cancellations can be made. As once the order is placed, we will begin manufacturing immediately, please make sure all the details of your order are correct.

Each item is custom made. Manufacture lead time can be found in the product description, this is generally 10 - 20 business days depending on the item.
It couldn’t be easier to set up, just select ‘payment plan’ at checkout as your preferred payment method, you will then be prompted to select your preferred monthly term of 1 – 4 months and pay a deposit of at least 30% which is required before manufacturing begins.
You can use the PDF size chart located above the faq as a guide although we highly recommend that you visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized for the most accurate measurement. Most rings can be sized up or down a size (depending on the ring) and we can quote to do this if needed.
Yes all our stones and natural diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict stones and only source from countries that are participants in the Kimberley Process.
This is a plain parcel but will have our company name and item description due to customs requirements.
For discretion you could always have sent to a trusted friend, family member or your workplace.
All jewellery is rhodium plated, this is a standard process across the industry. Rhodium plating is what maintains the lustre and sheen of the metal, it is also to protect the metal underneath.
Professional cleaning and re-rhodium is recommended every 6-12 months, this can be done by any professional jeweller.
Black Rhodium
Black rhodium along with it's application especially in intricate detailing is quite an art. There will be some variation in darkness and it can appear somewhat grey in colour, black rhodium is subject to the same wear as any other form of rhodium plating. Black rhodium wears differently on different people due to the natural oils in our skin and also how well it's looked after.
We can also re-plate the black rhodium at anytime.
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase however please see our return policy below. You can return the item within seven days of receiving, buyer to pay the return shipping.
For any remake a non-refundable restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.
For any return a non-refundable restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply, this fee covers shipping and some manufacturing costs. Each ring or other jewellery item unless otherwise specfically stated is custom made to order to size with desired variations – design, wax, mould, cast, polished, and gem set.
Refunds will be processed once products are returned to us in their original condition. This policy is standard for all customers and for all custom made jewellery items.
Any full custom designed jewellery or designs manufactured not listed on our website are non-returnable. Any refund will be up to the discretion of Sapphire Studios.
All returns must be authorised by us and the item must be free of any damage and alterations. Please contact us prior to returning the item so you cen be provided with return shipping instructions.
We have a one-year warranty (from received date) on manufacture defects which applies only to non-damaged unaltered items sold by Sapphire Studios. The item would need to be returned to Sapphire Studios at the buyer's cost.
This warranty does not cover change of mind purchases or rhodium plating including black rhodium wear or any general wear and tear. (please see rhodium plating tab above). This does not cover lost centre stones.
